Jet Lag
I tried No Jet-Lag per the advice of a friend. I used it as directed going east on a "red eye" which entailed 6 time zones. Thank goodness it worked because I had to be awake 15 hours after I got there.
No Jet Lag
If I could give this product a higher rating I would. About 8-10 years ago I discovered this product and what a great product it is. We would fly to Europe and it would take me several days just to get acclimated to the new time zone, plus I had vertigo and felt like I was on a 3-day drunk without drinking any alcohol. No Jet Lag has totally eliminated these side effects and I take it even when we fly only 2 or 3 time zone away.
This has been a vacation saver for us and I recommend it to all of our friends and family because of how well it works as long as you take it per the instructions. We have friends that took it on their way to Africa from California and had no jet lag when they arrived, however, it worked so well that he didn't take it on the return trip. He's an attorney and he was out of it for about one week which is how long it took me to get over my jet lag pre No Jet Lag. Why not take a great product that works and will make your travels so much more enjoyable!
It Worked
I first saw this product in a travel store where the salesman told me some of his customers said it worked while others said it didn't. I gave it a try and it worked. I travel to/from Europe a few times a year, and I have tried various methods of fighting jet lag (stay hydrated, no sleeping on the trip, etc.); some of these methods help reduce jet lag, but I always had jet lag...until now.
The instructions are simple and the taste is fine. The pills worked for both my wife and I.
No-Jet-Lag is great stuff!
We used this as per directions on a trip across 6 time zones. Altho we were tired, we didn't feel that horrible nauseous, foggy-brained feeling that usually goes with jet lag.
I also used this product once when I didn't get much sleep for other reasons, reasoning that my body doesn't know the reason; it only knows that I had to be awake after too little sleep. Again, it overcame that horrible feeling that goes with lack of sleep!
It's wonderful taken as directed; it's even helpful after the fact. We gave some to our exchange student the day after he arrived, and he too found it really helpful, even tho he hdan't taken it during his flight.

It really helped on our 12 hour flight to Egypt and back. No tired feeling, will but it again for our next trip.
