Potassium powder... overworked muscles gain a voice
I tried this powder due to reading someone in a review trying to remove something fungus related having no luck with anti fungal until supplementing potassium also. The choice was simple, at the store, I saw there were 2 kinds of Potassium in pill/capsule form... the lower form with less absorption providing 3% of daily intake... and the higher form with more absorption providing 3% of daily intake. This was sitting on the same shelf and provided 21% of daily intake for the price of the lower form of potassium in pill/capsule form.
I arrived home with the Oregano Oil caps(anti-fungal), Garlic Oil caps(anti-fungal), and this powder. Since the dosage was 1/4 of a teaspoon for 21%, I figured 1 teaspoon was roughly equaling 84%. Got a cup, filled half of it with water, and added 1 teaspoon of this powder. It was horrible!!! Think slightly better than sea water. I filled up the glass with water, and downed it. Took the Oregano Oil/Garlic Oil caps and went downstairs. About 10 to 15 minutes after taking it, my body all the sudden had a voice, and it was yelling at me for abusing it. How rude. Anyhow, I closed the door, hit the bed, and my body didn't even want breathing to take energy. Quite strange. Like being a dead battery that just got plugged into the wall to get charged.
What can I say? It works. Wouldn't try it in the middle of the work day, though... might make you look bad.
