Really worked for me!
This is not a cure all product, but it really did help support my thyroid. I was getting some strange side effects like allergies, stomach issues, rashes, etc. and I found that the product helped me...though I ended up taking about 5 pills before bedtime rather than the recommended dose of 1 with each meal. Hope that info is helpful.
