She had had good results from using the product during a difficult time in her life. My experience with it was also positive. Taking Positive Thoughts was not an instant miraculous result for me. Over the weeks my state of mind seemed to improved. I have taken it for 3-4 months and feel that I can gradually work my way off of it now. Miraculous! I have taken St. John's Wort off and on for at least 10 years. It really helps during especially stressful times. I was looking for something that had a bit more potency, because I have been stress eating lately. As soon as I got my package and I took the recommended dosage, within the half hour I felt soooo calm. I found myself smiling after an hour. The next day, I noticed that I ate half of my lunch. I am so grateful for this supplement. I just ordered 4 more bottles because I do not want to run out. Truly worth a try.
