Not for Everyone!!
I started taking 1 Super Cleanse tablet twice daily just yesterday. I took one this morning, and today I've had probably 15 watery stools.. I know- too much information,- but this is not at all what I expected. Uncomfortable, and have to stay close to home...
Draino for colon
This product works great. I was taking stool softeners everyday and wasn't doing alot of good. I ask a Herb shoppee what would be good and natural and he suggested Natures Secret Super Cleanse. It certainly make me feel better. I am very regular, now.
Works Fast
This product worked pretty fast for me. I am about 220 lbs. and it took about two days to start working. I started out with the directed 1 pill two times a day for two days and then went to two pills twice a day. You will notice a change in your bowel movements almost immediately. Just be sure that you are in an area that you can get to a good bathroom at all times.

This is the second bottle I bought from this brand and I like it, it does clean your colon.
I started with one pill, now I am taking two pills once a day, I would not take it twice a date because I have noticed that with 2 pills a day is enough! The only side effects in me were abdominal cramps and gas and in the first day I experimented a stomach pain but it went away over the days.
seemed to work for me
been using for about 10 days. I started to "go" 3 or more times a day but mostly water loss. As I go ahead with the doseage I am seeing better results.
